almost had an award winner on my street the other night. My street is a one way road with parking on the side and lots of trees that seem to block the street lights. We were driving down barely saw a guy dressed in black laying on the ground beside his car.. he was doing repair work on his car in the middle of the night! No lights or reflectors, just saw the whites of his shoes at the last minute..
