Peyton Manning was let go because his ability to throw passes was compromised by the operation he underwent. In practice his passing ability was severally slowed to the point he can no longer throw bullets or hail marys... i'm sure the lure of Denver for him is all about playing for John Elway but Arizona makes the most sense for him - Peyton's played his career in dome stadiums, Arizona has one, in Denver he'll be playing in the cold and snow. Arizona has one of the best wide receivers in the game, Larry Fitzgerald. Denver has a very difficult schedule next year.

all of this guesswork presumes he will be peyton manning again. Theres a pretty good shot his best days are done. if he cant throw the deep pass, whats left? he cant scramble. defenses will lock into the short passing game. he will be good at audibles. big deal.
might be a good idea, gambling wise, to wager against whatever team he chooses early on. The lines will be grossly inflated, & will be a good opportunity for sharps to get some covers when he is flat early in the season.
