It's hard to compare but it was at least as good or better than Recount.

I felt bad for her. That was a lot of pressure to deal with for someone without any real foreign diplomacy experience. Do you think she's better prepared today and would make a decent VP?

I don't feel bad for her at all. She chose to put herself in that situation and then didn't like the results.

As for her being more prepared today. I don't think so. She is now just a commentator on the news so she gets briefings and basic info and then gives her opinion about them. Most politicians are similar to that. They have so much coming at them from so many directions that they get what they need to know from advisers and go from there, but they likely don't have an in-depth understanding of it. However, from what I understand, she had little or no interest in actually learning this stuff and listening to people. She just thought she could charm everyone and she quickly found out that doesn't work.

Could she be a good VP? I suppose. The VP doesn't really do a whole lot other than make publicity appearances and preside over the senate and even then they rarely get involved in anything unless there is a tie or they are asked to by the president. The worry for me is that the president would die and she would become president. That is scary.

You feel bad for her at first. She is ALMOST victimized by the McCain team as they rush her into the spotlight and I was thinking wow - I had her all wrong. But then the amazing, fantastic twist happens and you realize : Wow - she is really crazy.

And no way is she prepared to run for office. She should stay exactly where she is now - speaking psycho-bable for Fox News. She is a perfect fit for that station, and vice-versa.

If McCain went with Libermann like he wanted and stood true to himself. He would of been President.
