We are bigger than he is with all our sites added together and we don't burn that much BW and yes, we have ass loads of video.

If he is burning that much BW he doesnt have things setup correctly. He should come in around 15-25k a month.

Even Big Cock Content which has clients like CE, CEN, Our Sites, Sic, TopBucks, Sic, Etc doesnt burn that much BW and it's the top links in most of these guys sites. We have clients that can push 5,000 gigs a month. BCC burns more than our paysites but not $50,000+ worth a month.

I guess it's our system, seeming things like the tracking system of LargeCash doesnt even use a HardDrive. Live and Learn I guess.

i was thinking - based on my exposure and amount of traffic - compared to his - we are quite similarly exposed actually gallery wise, that a 300-400mbps line for the size of movies he has on his galleries is about right.......

unlike you I would actually have a clue here as i also do about 3 million gallery uniques a day like quiet does across his urls.... plus my main page.

Ok, I just saw his members areas, he does have a ton of fucking videos, a fucking ton and they arnt cut up and are rather large for their play time.

He could probally reduce his BW in half by changing how he does his videos.

You can purchase custom plugins that will reduce the file size of the video up to 65% and keep the quality of the video and the sound at the exact same level.

by reducing the quality of his vids, he'd lose what makes his site so popular

the whole POINT of his site is that it ISN't PLUGins.

99% of the plugins I've sceen in paysites SUCK and PALE in comparision to the quality of what quiet has in his members area.

I heard compression modules only work well with ASCII based files not Binary?

He could offer high and low bandwidth as well, people would watch the lower bandwidth and it wouldnt effect his retention.

Nobody on this board can argue numbers with me. He could rip out half the content as well as drop the quality of his videos and his retention would stay at 60%.

Like I said you can spend cash on video plugins for adobe that will reduce the videos at least by half the size and the quality will stay the same.

He does have very nice videos though, need to go wack it for a few.

Fact is we really don't know a lot of factors. He could be hosting at a more expensive network, have load issues, 10+ servers, many different things that would jack the price up.

Hell he could burn $50k a month in bandwidth. His servers do seem rather fast so either he has super killer servers or many of them.

they have been on yours, huns, al4a's all at the same time and not come close to 100MBS much less 400. Do the math. It would take 15 top 1-5 Hun listings to even come close to burning 3/4's of that.

hun, al4a, and myself may be the BEST traffic sourses but we arn't the ONLY traffic sourses out there.

and i do as well from all my sourses - i can guarentee you from someone who also gets that kind of exposure that it IS possible and he is doing that kind of bandwidth.
