It is a stereotype that Americans are fat and stupid.
It is a fact that Americans have a massive obesity problem.
It's possible to argue that all Muslims are not terrorists, but it is not possible to argue that America doesn't have a massive obesity problem.

Not arguing that my friend, I am saying the photos presented are a stereotype, meant to portray all Americans, I have said there is a major problem with obesity in the USA, mostly caused by diet. The problem in America is
1. Big plates served (at restaurants) - Good food!
2. Fast food everywhere - I LOVE fast food btw!
3. You have to drive everywhere

In Europe, for instance, the fast food is adopted from America and surging fast. So the problem is already there too. However, people walk or bicycle more = at least some exercise.
