It's not.
The Big Mac is the only McDonald's burger on a sesame seed bun. And this is what the Big Mac looks like:
Notice the McDonald's Big Mac has two beef patties and three pieces of bread. The pic in the original post doesn't match at all.
If you're going to rag on McDonald's shitty food, at least make sure it's actually theirs that you're ragging on.

McDonalds may not be the healthiest choice in the world, with their mechanically recovered meat and deep fried battery farm shit, but their outlets are the most hygienic I've ever seen. In Japan, at least. Can't speak for Freedoms Land, Cah Nuh Duh, etc. In the hygiene ranks, they'd give any 1st world operating theater a good run for their money.
Most are absolutely spotless with checklists and alcohol sprays all over the place. The cleaning never stops... they seem to have a couple of staff members whose job is just to clean and disinfect everything from top to bottom, then when they've finished, they start again. It never ends. No matter what time day or night you go in, I guarantee there will be at least a couple of people cleaning. Having a couple of people cleaning & disinfecting everything 24/7 is not too much of a stretch for a company that makes money hand over fist.
