That is why I always go for the host/upstream or processor. Fuck the site owner, he knows he is selling stolen content. Hit him where it hurts most, in the pocketbook. Most hosting companies will want rid of a parasite like that.

Everytime I see a site with that damn "assumed public domain" disclaimer, I report their ass to Apic. It's not fair having to spend money on content and making sure you're doing everything all legal, then finding jerks who just flood the net with their stolen shit.
