It's people like this jerk that are fucking up everything.
Everytime I see a site with that damn "assumed public domain" disclaimer, I report their ass to Apic. It's not fair having to spend money on content and making sure you're doing everything all legal, then finding jerks who just flood the net with their stolen shit.
I bet if all the thieving asswipes get shut down (if that's all possible), we'd all make a lot more money.
