Krakout - this music was a hit song back then for me

Aztec Challenge - the first level always killed me and gave me sweatfull long night (also the music kicks ass, still)

Ghostbusters - I simply loved that one

Last Ninja 3 - I thought the graphics were so awesome, it can not be actually better or more realistic

Sim City - which game planted the love of such style games deeeeep inside me

I find you usually enjoy them more as memories. Fire up an emulator and you'll see just how shitty some of those games are. I'm not talking just about graphics, most of them even had terrible gameplay, with a few notable exceptions.
