A. If you want to be an internet watchdog, learn the rules and laws first.
B. Stating that you wonder if something is illegal casts aspersions on the named party.
C. If it was illegal, there is NO legal defense for your posting of said picture.
D. Think before posting, especially on this topic.
Nothing against you at all, but your ignorance (lack of knowledge) on this topic as a content producer would make me seriously consider NOT doing business with you.
