Yes the starting payout is 2.50$ per free, and the free is really easy to get because theres no credit card needed to register, the use simply put username, password and email and the lead is done.

Btw I don't see anything numbers in Nifty Stats with CrakRevenue - should I poke Nifty about it or is it on your end? It logs in fine (or so it seems)
