The actual way they went about it was bad.

they should of visited the address, talked to the owner, verified it was the type of person liable to pirate porn, ask for access to verify their IP was hijacked. If it was, strike them off the list.

If it wasn't or they refuse entry. Sue them in court for the maximum. They were given the chance to prove their innocence and turned it down. So next step is a hearing in court.

Personally this case will go no where, still it shows clearly existing laws are outdated in fighting piracy so new laws will come. after the election.
