Yeah mate, any time, they look to be a backyard operation with horrid reviews.

I don't want to play devils advocate here but out of curiousity i googled and only found a couple of threads on webhostingtalk about them. 1 guy was scrubbed for fraud, for whatever reason and refused service, 1 guy who tried evidently was abusing the system and causing resource issues for other customers on his node, and some guy who got refunded because he signed up with a fake domain name. Hardly a scam.

Let's see, pDimez/Cutty is called out in THIS THREAD, and then starts up the usual antics. Are you going to be whining over on IQ69, per usual, about GFY and Eric once banned again because you can't follow the posted rules of the forum?

Here's a little tip for ye... Next time, you might wanna pick a new trolling nick less obvious. Considering most of your PBBC pals have referred to you as "Dimez" many times in the past, and then further reinforced in this (and other) threads high fiving you in the same threads. It is a dead give a way, mkay.

You'd think between all of the banned nicks, and years of trolling, getting banned, new nick, banned, you would find new ways of trolling the same exact people you hate and do it in less obvious ways.

But I guess some simply never learn. Carry on fine sire.

Btw, also had some bad experience with them. Support is sometimes slowish, does not refrain from putting personal comments here and there, and also right after I decided to move from them and requested a cancellation (what a suprise...) I received a mail that my account has been terminated and deleted (without refund ofc ) - in the middle of the billing period - because I'm hosting malware, some trojans and stuff. After I questioned this, they came up with some logs with routes I was not even remotely been familiar with and also put the comment, that my host I'm going to move to is very slow, very harsh and I should stay away from them, because they service is crap

I've also been called an abuser utilizing 0.4 server load and asking for extra bandwith I was willing to pay for (because in the middle of the month I was over 50% on their 1 TB plan). Also I've asked for their Dedi offers, and never received an answer from them about that.

Needless to say, that experience thought me a lesson to stay away from them, a huge disappointment; and btw my new host, ChicagoVPS is very quick in regards of service and support, and very high of quality, uptime is like 99.9%, truely, and their prices are just fantastic.

However is this guy, my experience with you guys stays the same, but no bad feelings or anything, just a dissapointment here

If you went on reviews alone, you'd think webair, Burst, among many others are so bad they must not have any clients. That is incorrect, as they are large companies, but I can understand why people would get that impression.

Anyway, thank you for the feedback. I can't speak to your issues, as I do not handle support, but I can simply say we continue to invest and improve as the company grows. Thank you.

Also, I must be thankful to you guys, because my current, many times better performance on my server(s) brought me more success, then when I was with you; and eventually brought in a good business for me - all because my server(s) are faster then before, and more reliable. So yeah, thanks for kicking me out early on made up reasons lol
