We provide raw infrastructure (space, power, network) to a host who has another host as its customer. My customer is not a reseller, they have their own support team and manage all of their equipment from the bare metal. I can't speak for anything downstream of my client.

I also don't want to be misunderstood, here. I'm not passing judgment on anyone. We don't do VPS and I think those that do it have a heroic effort - especially if their VPS servers are filled with pornographers.

"Bank roll" was a bad choice in words, and I meant no disrespect.

What I guess I was trying to convey, is that if this Barefootsies guy was half as bad as he's being accused of by some, I think you would have "cut him loose", as a reseller, to limit the negative publicity.

I know you are a good businessman, and my mind told me that if Barefootsies was the scammer he was being accused of being, that there is now way in hell that YOU would allow him to be associated with the Mojohost family.

I hope this clears up what I meant to say, as I never meant to slag you Brad.

And no I did not even do a traceroute ... I just read the boards often, and remembered reading that Barefootsies was a Mojo reseller, and also reading that Barefootsies was supposedly following you around like your shadow at one of the conventions around the time that RockstarVPS came into existence.

Dude, stop just outright, bold face, lying. At this point it's getting more than obvious.

I do not believe I have ever talked to Brad for more than 10-20 minutes at any convention I've ever been at, more over the past few years. I see him, say hello and chat for a few, talk to Kiwi... who is usually with him, and move along with my day. If I see him after that, I say hello in passing or give him a head nod in the hall.

Kiwi can easily verify this since she is with him most of times I've see him in the past few years (i.e. since Rockstar being launched). I talk to her more at just about any single show, than I have ever talked to Brad in all of those times combined.

That being said, I think Brad is an excellent business man and a nice guy. He is often times the life of the party at any convention between BRO drinks and funny shirts. However, I simply do not have much to talk about on a personal level.

As for use being a reseller of MOJO. We have redundant DNS and name servers (meaning more than one at different networks working as mirrors). One of those is set up over on MOJO's network through one of their customers. Know-it-alls like to do trace routes, and think because one of the boxes is at MOJO/network that ALL of our stuff is there (along with many other allegations like facialfreak likes to make bordering on bold face lies). Which is not true.

However, being associated with MOJO's network is not a bad thing, as they lead the industry. So if you are going to have a piece of redundant mission critical servers somewhere, most clients would not mind it being at MOJO.
