What would cause the screen to blur? It literally looks like blurred ink on a piece of paper. Then it fixes itself. I updated the driver...

I had the same problem on my i7 2600. Does it says In a system log something like this: Video drriver was recovered? If yes me solution was install Linux instead of Windows. And after that I didn't see such problems.
If you don't want to follow me, take a look for errors in a system log and post them here.
