Playing Video games don't result in weight loss

Maybe some folks here considered using Wii "active" games to burn off that spare tire. A recent study conducted by Baylor might throw some cold water on that plan.

Besides being chased by angry Oompa Loompas, anyone have any creative ways to lose weight the fun way? My way (very effective) wasn't fun initially - just eat fruits, grains, nuts, and vegetables and run every morning.

I have that boxing game for the PS3 move. I'm not sure if I do it correctly, but I'm sure as fuck covered in sweat when I'm done. No one's going to tell me I didn't burn calories.
