no...the theory is that all the passengers were on that plane...and they blew it up to such a degree, that almost nothing was left..not even very much wreckage

It's not like they were big body parts, arms and legs and such; These were small pieces of bone they were unable to identify. They were cremated AND THEN incinerated. There was some "residual material" - what does that mean, not even ashes, just dust?
