the cop was in front, the guy approached him going 98, was part of the video.

I really don't think he is being that much of a dick. he didn't just say "why are you driving in my country" he said "do you know the speed limit" to which the guy said "no, I wasn't paying attention" and he replied, "if you don't know the speed limit, why are you driving in my country"

I think most cops are dicks, I think most of them are on power trips, but if I was a cop, and a guy caught up to me going 30 over the limit, said he was from out of the country and couldn't bother to find out what the speed limit was, and then tried to tell me he was following traffic at that speed, I think I probably would have treated him worse, I would have given him the biggest ticket I could and kept him there for an hour.

nice cop / dick cop, doesn't matter which you get, if you lie to them, they are going to treat you like shit. this guy said he didn't know what the speed limit was, which 99 times out of 100 is bullshit, then said he was following traffic at that speed, when he caught up to the cop. If he was following traffic, the cop would have pulled over the first dick who passed him going 100 MPH, so that was bullshit to.
