interesting video is marketing adult material unintelligent grinding or cognitively intensive? if then rewards apparently destroy creativity according to social science is creativity required to increase sales? Do huge bonus days increase sales? I would think if large bonus days show a large increase in sales, then generating new sales isn't really about creativity and new sales ideas but more about just grinding according to this video......
