welfare should come with strings attached, just fucking pathetic that government thinks it's ok to take hard working people's money and give it away to the dumb and the lazy to buy fast food, alcohol, lottery tickets, cigarettes/weed, overpriced brand name apparel and shoes................ those welfare cards should only be allowed to be used to pay for necessities of life.
up here we have thousands of losers who will admit to you that they don't work because the government handouts are pretty close to what they'd make working the minimum wage jobs that are only qualified for. so why bother getting up at 7 in the morning and working 8 hours when you can sleep all day, eating junk food, drinking beer, smoking pot and get paid for it. when they get their government checks they live it up, cab drivers love welfare check day, the bars the same, liquor/beer stores, whores - once they blow most of their free money they hibernate in their subsidized apartments with cable TV and Internet until the next check.
i couldn't work because i was having horrible anxiety and health issues, every doctor i saw wanted me to fill out paper work to get on the government gravy train, why not they said, you're not faking, that's what it's there for. i refused it, i'd have taken it if i had no other means to put a roof over my head or food in my stomach. meanwhile the doctors because they are paid by the government are also dinging the taxpayer with phoney billings to the tune of hundreds of millions.
it's just going to get worse and worse, each generation raised in this culture gets worse.
