well, yes, all the above is true, but at least you can check stats no matter how old is their system. But when they ask you to change sensitive data using a technology that barely exists anymore and can be used in any way (I could send a fax from anywhere and it's the easiest way to cheat documents) instead of using secure methods, that's a big no-no
