Could check to see which script I used for
http://fisetlegal dot com/en/contact It has captcha, but disbled for this site . You can also have multiple emails ( users, departements, etc ... ) ... I could check tough I am on holiday ...

Not a PHP mailing script, but jQuery validation plugin is definitely worth a mention. Automatically validates forms with no page reload necessary.
