1: Under "Domains".
2: Under "Subscriptions".

Answer: 2.


Where do you think you would add a database?
1: Under "Applications & Databases".
2: Under "Websites & Domains".

Hey, did you know that with Plesk you need multiple SSH/FTP-usernames and password to access your domains. Only 1 domain per account. (IRL I cry)

Every new control panel takes a little time to get used to
I have great experiences with both plesk and cpanel from a sysadmin pov
