These a lot of debate about this...What is your tube submission strategy?

I actually submit two sizes, a 5 minute to most and a 10 minute to get listed on the larger tubes that require "full movies". Never do I give them the full thing, just cut it up so it's quite full with lots of action from every position.

I use both advertising methods. I always watermark, which gets a LOT of deletions but as far as affiliate links go, if I can use them, I use them when the tool permits. I use a submitter that helps me along the way but it cannot do the affiliate link and banner info in live or automated mode.

However, If I was able to automate that part I would probably remove watermarks for those tubes that allow linking and rely solely on links only for the simple fact that it gets more listings and higher ratings by tube viewers.

I'll let you in on a little secret, which isn't really a secret if you know how tubes work. You submit videos for VISIBILITY. If you want visibility, then you have to show people the best you can do.
I have a lot of affiliates sending me 2-3 minutes vids that are simple random cuts or making-out scenes, and expect that to convert. Why should it convert when users have access to longer vids and full scenes?

My best-sellers are users submitting 5-10min clips, and are active daily or weekly in their uploading. Raw hits isn't the point here, as their ratios is already really good. It does help, but in the end, it's all about the quality of what you want to submit.

As the DMCA is written it basically says, "We let everything come through, we are just the ISP and can't monitor", so even deciding to NOT post a video technically takes a tube out of safe harbor.

I can't see why this has never been argued successfully in a court of law.

They never say it's due to watermark, the rejection emails usually contain a list of what they like to see and what they don't. However I accidentally submitted a few with no watermarks,which never got deleted.

I just wish I could submit to all those webmaster friendly sites with a submit tool, local bandwidth won't allow manual uploads without going above thresh of metered bandwidth with my canadian ISP. Then watermarks won't matter so much.

a. 30 seconds of the best action in rapid 2-3 second cuts

b. A personal invitation to join the site (12 seconds or less)

c. 20 seconds of setup

d. 275 seconds of action

e. 15 seconds of cum shot

f. A personal invitation to join the site (12 seconds or less)

I wish there was a way to wear 20 mini hats on one hat.. and it ALL be automated haha

That's a very peculiar video setup, that in itself must take quite a bit of time to put together. I would suggest just doing the 1 min intro, 1 min strip/explore, 1 min blow, 1 min fuck, 1 min fuck til cumshot and see how that goes. You may find similar results with a lot less prep time.

The personal invitation is really something I should be doing too.

Any tube site strategy has to be based on using the tubes as a shop window to your brand. You have the opportunity to expose your branded content to tens of millions of users a day by uploading to multiple tubes, we all have a Content Publishing Program.

With that in mind, do you really think that short 3 - 5 minute edited clips of your older content really does your brand justice? The best converting content owners that I see on PornTube, 4Tube and Fux, and the best ones I saw on YouPorn for the 4 years that we ran our CPP (btw I was Director of Biz Dev at YouPorn from late 2006 to the sale to Manwin in 2011) were the ones that actually edited their videos specifically for the tubes.

Rather than just simply cutting multiple 5 minute clips from minute 3 to minute 8 of their 50 oldest scenes, they would edit their best scenes into 7-12 minute clips that feature a beginning, a middle and an ending. (By ending, I mean a cum shot or an orgasm where possible). Every video you submit to the tubes should be the best possible representation of your brand. It's like trying to sell Ferrari's but you have a shop window full of old Fords that 10's of millions of people are walking by each day.

The difference in stats you'll see is significant. These clips would generate more views and higher ratings which in turn gets more exposure on the front pages of most tubes. This results in significantly higher click thru's on your promotional banners which means more sales for you.

Of course, I am promoting the PornTube CPP which you can find at content.porntube.com , but you need to upload to all of the big tubes. My ideal is for you to edit the best possible clip once and upload to many tubes.

We are so adamant that longer clips work that any clip you upload to us which is 10 minutes or longer, we remove all affiliate links, so you get this traffic affiliate free!

If I submitted I would definitely use both watermar and aff. limk.. Am I the only one? Why lose either aff. link or watermark? Unless this is some kind of tube rule.

Our whole business strategy is based on uploading our best content to the tubes. We always edit a clip for the tubes with a minimum of 8 minutes length, but mostly are over 10 minutes. Have a look on Youporn or Porntube at our clips. The DaneJones clips you can see are all mostly 10 mins plus (especially as porntube take out their affiliate code on the longer clips) and you can see that the clips are doing really well. I am getting a CTR of average 2% plus from the tubes that actually provide me stats and I am getting great conversions. For my site FakeAgent, I am getting CTR of around 1.4% average and again, sales are fantastic.
As I say, my whole strategy is based on uploading to the tubes and since we launched our first site back in July 2011 we have now done over 25,000 new signups/rebills, and we don't run any offers/$1 trials at all. You can make money off the tubes, but you have to be prepared to edit with their users in mind. Actually, it is like that porntube guy says, if you have a ferrari, show that you have one. We have, and we are literally making bank.

(Our affiliates are making bank too BTW)

I already had their guide a few weeks ago when I signed up to their platform to get my videos on porntube. I gave it straight to my editors and it is now their bible for editing clips. Great insight into how the users actually surf within a tube. Really would reccomend it to anyone who is thinking about uploading to the tubes

It sounds like you'll soon be buying a Ferrari with numbers like that! Congrats! We are doing alot of sign ups with you too, but you're not quite our #1 site "yet", but you have only been live for a month, so I'm looking forward to seeing lots more of your videos on PornTube over the coming months!

A personal invitation to join the site (12 seconds or less) c. 20 seconds of setup d. 275 seconds of action e. 15 seconds of cum shot f. A personal invitation to join the site (12 seconds or less) When we do this consistently 2-3 times a week there is a noticeable increase in traffic & joins. Unfortunately we are not as consistent as we should be. We are small potatoes and everyone wears 10 hats.

You have the opportunity to expose your branded content to tens of millions of users a day by uploading to multiple tubes, we all have a Content Publishing Program. With that in mind, do you really think that short 3 - 5 minute edited clips of your older content really does your brand justice? The best converting content owners that I see on PornTube, 4Tube and Fux, and the best ones I saw on YouPorn for the 4 years that we ran our CPP (btw I was Director of Biz Dev at YouPorn from late 2006 to the sale to Manwin in 2011) were the ones that actually edited their videos specifically for the tubes. Rather than just simply cutting multiple 5 minute clips from minute 3 to minute 8 of their 50 oldest scenes, they would edit their best scenes into 7-12 minute clips that feature a beginning, a middle and an ending. (By ending, I mean a cum shot or an orgasm where possible). Every video you submit to the tubes should be the best possible representation of your brand. It's like trying to sell Ferrari's but you have a shop window full of old Fords that 10's of millions of people are walking by each day. The difference in stats you'll see is significant. These clips would generate more views and higher ratings which in turn gets more exposure on the front pages of most tubes. This results in significantly higher click thru's on your promotional banners which means more sales for you. Of course, I am promoting the PornTube CPP which you can find at content.porntube.com , but you need to upload to all of the big tubes. My ideal is for you to edit the best possible clip once and upload to many tubes. We are so adamant that longer clips work that any clip you upload to us which is 10 minutes or longer, we remove all affiliate links, so you get this traffic affiliate free! If I submitted I would definitely use both watermar and aff. limk.. Am I the only one? Why lose either aff. link or watermark? Unless this is some kind of tube rule.

Ruseful Guest Posts: n/a	Our whole business strategy is based on uploading our best content to the tubes. We always edit a clip for the tubes with a minimum of 8 minutes length, but mostly are over 10 minutes. Have a look on Youporn or Porntube at our clips. The DaneJones clips you can see are all mostly 10 mins plus (especially as porntube take out their affiliate code on the longer clips) and you can see that the clips are doing really well. I am getting a CTR of average 2% plus from the tubes that actually provide me stats and I am getting great conversions. For my site FakeAgent, I am getting CTR of around 1.4% average and again, sales are fantastic. As I say, my whole strategy is based on uploading to the tubes and since we launched our first site back in July 2011 we have now done over 25,000 new signups/rebills, and we don't run any offers/$1 trials at all. You can make money off the tubes, but you have to be prepared to edit with their users in mind. Actually, it is like that porntube guy says, if you have a ferrari, show that you have one. We have, and we are literally making bank. (Our affiliates are making bank too BTW)
