Not sure, but they can block countries or even states.

Wait until she is on line then go to to promo tools and try one of the API feeds. From those you can see what she has on her blocked list....

Access denied from europe too, I suspect the model account is blocked, at least I seen blocked model accounts give a same access denied message.
