Help with a formula

I'm doing some testing and I have two different CTRs. I want to see how much of a difference the second CTR is from the first CTR, in way of percentages.

So for example, here are some variables:
A = .01
B = .02

What is the formula to determine how much of an increase B is from A?

I meant the formula is the same to figure profit percent as in this application.

You're right, I was making it too difficult.

C is what percentage of B - A.
