I used to do pretty good with them back in the freesite days. Was thinking of pushing Naughty Allie and Naughty Julie sites again. I know they used to be pretty active on here. Anyone still pushing them?
Anyone still using Naughty Bank/Naughty Allie??

Allie is still extremely active on her site. We?ve chosen to focus on aspects of the site that can?t be stolen such as personal interaction with her members. When she?s not doing live member?s only cam shows she spends the majority of her day personally corresponding with members via e-mail and interacting with them via her member?s only blog/forum. Little things like sending an autographed photo or a pair of panties, not as an upsell but as a membership reward or part of a contest are the type of things that have been working well for us.
This personal interaction simply cannot be found on tube sites, torrents, file lockers, etc. Her members genuinely appreciate this type of experience and it shows in her retention numbers.
That being said, we are currently in the process of a complete redesign of the site including a new backend powered by ElevatedX and the re-encoding of nearly 10 years worth of photo & video content to meet today?s standards.
Most importantly, I?d venture to say that NaughtyBank is one of a small handful of programs launched nearly 10 years ago that are still around and still paying affiliates on time, every time! We?ve never missed a single affiliate payment and have never been involved in any questionable practices, unless you count the "OMG, I'm cumming banner" on GFY ;-). I know this really shouldn?t be a ?selling point?, as it should be the industry standard rather than the exception however the unfortunate reality is that there are very few programs that can make the same statement!
So to answer the question, NaughtyBank is very much alive and well.Comment

I used to make good sales with them back in 05-08ish but the site has been completely dormant with *0* photo or vid updates in well over a year, closer to 2 now i believe.
I saw mention of a site redesign on the members forum there when i temporarily joined to check it out but that was also over a year ago and it still hasn't happened. Why is it taking so long? A couple of weekly live shows and a members forum or emailing members isn't enough of a draw to sell memberships imo. You need weekly updates of actual exclusive content. Especially nowdays when people have choices like Brazzers, Bangbros, Videobox, Videosz et all where they have up to 5 new scene updates a day and everything is in HD.
NaughtyJulie's site is also dormant since she left the adult biz completely a couple years ago so who knows how long it will remain up as it's just an archive now. But it's not just them, the entire amateur girls/couples with websites seems to have really died off the past few years. The golden days of that genre are over methinks.Last edited by andykay; 11-21-2012, 08:11 AM.Comment

Content theft took it's toll on many amateur sites. It's ironic how their fans put them out of business. The same guys that were downloading complete site rips are now the ones asking where they went and how come there isn't any new videos available.Last edited by dgraves; 11-21-2012, 08:31 AM.Comment

Since your comment brings absolutely nothing new to this discussion I?m not sure if you?re just trolling or what however I've already addressed this so I?m not sure why you?re digging up a 9-month-old thread but please feel free to read my response again:I used to make good sales with them back in 05-08ish but the site has been completely dormant with *0* photo or vid updates in well over a year, closer to 2 now i believe.

That being said, please shoot me a link to any successful amateur pay site you're currently running as I'd love to have a look and see if I can pick up some tips from an expert on the subject. I'm not sure who you are or exactly what you do in this business however your post sounds more like it's coming from a surfer than from a webmaster.Allie is still extremely active on her site. So to answer the question, NaughtyBank is very much alive and well.
Thank you for your valuable analysis regarding the prerequisites for selling memberships to an amateur pay site. Are you actually comparing NaughtyAllie to ?big box? sites like Brazzers, Bangbros, Videobox, Videosx? That statement alone demonstrates your level of knowledge regarding what is important to ?members? of a true AMATEUR site such as NaughtyAllie. What keeps Allie?s members at her site month-after-month-after-month simply cannot be found at one of those big box sites. It?s her personal interaction and her devotion to sit in front of her computer 10-12 hours a day making sure she provides the one-on-one personal interaction her members are looking for....A couple of weekly live shows and a members forum or emailing members isn't enough of a draw to sell memberships imo. You need weekly updates of actual exclusive content. Especially nowdays when people have choices like Brazzers, Bangbros, Videobox, Videosz et all where they have up to 5 new scene updates a day and everything is in HD...
By the way, most of us here have been around long enough to see an alarming number of those ??5 new scene updates a day?? type of sites banging cards, skipping out on hosting bills, terming affiliate accounts for no apparent reason, not paying vendors, and a whole litany of other less than ethical and even illegal business practices so I?m not sure what your point is.
Dormant? Really? By who?s definition? Allie is active on her site 7 days a week nearly 365 days a year. The site is the furthest thing from being ?dormant?. When you say ?dormant? I guess you?re referring to the lack of ?recorded? content being posted to the site? All I?ve seen on this board for the last 2-3 years is thread after thread of ?adapt or die?. Well guess what, that?s exactly what we?ve done. We?ve ?adapted? and developed a formula that takes the emphasis away from recorded content (which can be pirated) and places an emphasis on personal interaction with Allie (which is impossible to pirate). Many of those who join genuine amateur sites place a very high level of importance on personal interaction. If they do not value personal interaction with the model then they?re not joining the site anyway when they can get all the recorded content they want for free.
I?m not going to sit here and give you a blue print for our current strategy although even if I did I?m guessing very few people would attempt to duplicate it because:
1. It actually takes hard work! You cannot program it, script it, automate it, scrape it. You have to actually put in long hours and consistent effort to see results therefore the majority of people in this business who are used to taking the easy way out would not even attempt to implement what we?re doing because it would require too much effort on their part.
2. Allie ? You simply cannot replicate, duplicate, steal, clone, or pirate Allie herself. Without Allie?s personal interaction with her members there would be no NaughtyAllie, it?s that simple.
Bottom line, if you?re looking for a ??5 new scenes a day?? site to promote there are plenty out there to chose from however do not come on a public forum and make completely false claims that Allie?s site is ?dormant? simply because she?s not adding recorded content as you deem fit. Allie is busting her ass 7 days a week to retain her members in this era of rampant piracy.
As usual some people need to spend a little more time developing their own business rather than wasting time criticizing the way others run theirs.Comment

I would agree to an extent. But content theft has always existed and always will. You have to just live with the fact that there is X # of people who will never pay for your stuff, and will share it on torrent sites etc..
But there are diehard fans who will stay as paying members regardless just as long as you are giving them new content on a regular basis. And there are still a lot of people out there without the know how (or who are just too honest) to go hunting it down on free sites.
Look at Brazzers, they are huge, probably the biggest site there is sales wise. Yet i could go find passwords to get into that site easily, password forums pump them out by the dozens on a daily basis, and their content is posted free on every torrent and direct download site out there, yet they still post up 3-4 new scenes a day with top dollar stars. So there are obviously still a lot of paying customers out there. The content theft doesn't even seem to put a dent into them. Obviously it's a lot tougher for an amateur site with only one person as the main feature. But my point is that if you are going to keep a site up, it should still have updated content. Otherwise what's the point? How long will people retain with nothing there?Comment
