Thinking about having some form or permanent hair removal for my back. I'm not a full on gorilla with hair but I'd like to be rid of it. A local place is doing IPL really cheap at the moment but I hear mixed reports on how effective it is.

I wouldn't go for somewhere with cheap IPL. I don't know much about hair removal, but I was going to have it done on a scar to help. But there are a lot of negative reviews of it, and IPL has a lot of risks of hyperpigmentation, etc. On top of that IPL is kind of fading out, and most top professionals no longer use it.
Again, it might be different for hair removal, but that said, if you are going to have it done, don't go to the cheapest place. Research it heavily online, and pick somewhere with a really good reputation despite the price. Else, you will end up paying for something that potentially looks worse.ICQ: 637//961--015Comment
