I agree. Treat people well and then will work their asses off for you. Some companies are very shortsighted when it comes to how they treat and compensate their employees.

I would be very careful about accepting a position with them, Paul Markham showed that they have a very poor toilet/employee ratio in their working environment.

changing your nick on here might help - some people have sigs off and might assume you still work for PR
