    Anyone drinking Wheatgrass juice?

    Saw it on nip/tuck (tv show) a few years ago and always wanted to try it..
    so anyone drinking wheatgrass juice here?

                  too much of a pain in the ass to grow it and juice it, I just go to the local juice store and order a double shot of it once in a while, good stuff

                      I trust Barley Grass is the same shit.
                      Fucking expires this month too,
                      I doubt it is actually going to expire though.
                      These are green chalky pills.

                                  I've had it a few times over the past few years. Drinking one fluid ounce serving is supposedly equivalent to eating 2 ½ serving of green leafy vegetables.

                                  You can get it at Jamba Juice or Robeks.

                                          get Garden of Life Superfood. It has wheatgrass, spirulina and every other good green thing you could put in your body. It's great stuff, but be prepared to gag when you drink it.

                                          I mix it in my vegetable/fruit smoothie to mask the taste. There's almost nothing better you can eat.

                                                                                  I have been juicing and drinking wheatgrass for years. I tried to grow it, and it's SO inexpensive and it grows so fast, but no matter what I tried, it would always get moldy so quickly. I find the best way for me is to buy a flat of it at the store, but even that gets moldy fast. A dude at Whole Foods suggested I put it in the fridge, and that seems to keep it from molding, but watch how cold your settings are at, because if it gets that crunchy/frosted feeling at all, then it will all turn wilted+limp and gross

                                                                                  If you are going to make the effort to consume wheatgrass I would suggest you not take the dried up version, the pills, the powder or the pre-cut due to killing the living enzymes, they say it is best if you juice it and drink it within 10-15mins. If you're gna do it, you might well do it right.
