I think most comments are based on own experience or that of the posts they have read here, someone has to start somewhere, and I know what you speak about when you have not the technical skills. You seem like a person that does not throw away old shoes before he has new ones, this is a good quality. Go with a company that is willing to help you transfer all the way with assistance, they are in this thread right now trying to get your business :) Make them work for it

First rule in internet biz. Register your domains with a domain registrar and host your site with a webhost. Don't do both at either one.

Funny I have been telling our customers that for over a decade but they insist on keeping them together. Luckily we are an honest company but trust me... MOST hosts are not and again godaddy will steal your domain or charge some BS fee to keep using it, for any stupid reason. I see it all the time.

Just a small message on old post: Most of you guys are talking shit, my load time of site increased after I moved to Amerinoc. I've waited for several months to check, but yes, it is true.

You should probably hire a geek help you figure out what's wrong.

Hi,

I just looked up your support history, nothing recent and the last issue right after you moved, over a month ago ended up being something your programmer set up that was trying to pull from a site at Hostgator.

I just ran a web page test on your domain and will send you the link in a support ticket and you can look through it, you are trying to pull a lot of stuff from about 8-9 outside sources and one of the ad networks looks to be bogging your site down.

I am not complaining about speed and service (actually, really good support and fast what is more important to me then speed), I am just telling to guys who told about how crazy I am using godaddy back then. Simply, load time compared is longer, regarding, google analytics. I don't care much since my traffic started climbing anyway.
