Do you mean multi site signups? If so, we have a complete member update module API to allow you to do this. You can even offer mulit site signups and just charging for one so you can offer promos such as "Join 10 sites for 1 low price" etc...

Mitch I think he's talking about selling a membership to another site from the join form on your site with a prechecked box or something similar.
