Very simple -- Motion to lift a stay in a Bankruptcy Case. I'm fighting the guy's case.

These motions are very common. Sued a guy for copyright infringement, he ran to bankruptcy court which places a temporary "stay" on the case. Now we move to lift the stay so copyright case can proceed, while other creditors deal with the bankruptcy.
