We do it. We outbound to Australia, the USA, Canada and the UK for our own mainstream products, we can pull you into our systems or just get you set up with our core provider.

We used to be Sugar based for CRM but now use Podio.

I'm hard to catch on ICQ atm because I'm quite busy but i'll get to you as soon as I can.

I also do similar. Can either handle the calls for you or get you setup with everything you need to do it yourself / provide a manager (outsourced) that hires / fires and trains as needed.
