No, it's not based on fraud at all...although, it's not the first time I've heard that, lol.

It is all above the line and it can/should be included in the T&C's.
We don't promote ourselves as "fake profiles", we are the Live Angels and we are there to stimulate activity on the dating sites. The users already know we aren't actual members, but we are real people and those automated bots that so many other dating sites use to interact with their members.
