I missed "English" out of my sentence. I meant to say: Everyone English calls it worcester sauce:

Anyway there is a great one here in Canada (probably US aswell)

Instead of Corriander, you have Cilantro (same thing) But rather than having Cilantro Seed, you have Corriander Seed (same thing) what the hell is all that about?

I love it when Americans try and argue that an English pronunciation of an English word is wrong. Most amusing.

you sure you haven't had it in years? Most burger recipes I know call for it.. and of course there is the venerable Bloody Ceaser.

rachel ray is not a chef. ;)

the last good ameerican cooking show was https://youtube.com/watch?v=eK4umRMJlrs

but him and my people were here before it was america, so its not american cooking, its CAJUN COOKING! the best cooking.
gordon ramsey shows are gigantic in the US and are US based so that would be an american show and most of them are quite good. Actually makes things people would eat and order.

'cajun cooking' is american, or do you still see Louisiana as owned by the french?

Pretty sure anyway, I havent eaten out including any fast food in this millenium. When I do a burger it's usually just garlic and onion in the beef, but it's rare I make them.

When I was a kid though the family always used it and made fun of each others pronunciation of it as most do.

So what do you call Worcester, Ma? That leaves out the entire last syllable.
