Newbie needing help to start a new tube site! Help

I am going to start a hot new tube site within the next 3 weeks, it's going to be the best. I don't have any experience with running a website and I don't know coding so im going to hire some one else to do that for me. I also don't know SEO or where to get clips (im just going to steal them from other sites). I always see you guys talking about how much money you are making with your sites so I want you to help me out, just give me all of your secrets for free. Better yet, just give me detailed instructions on how to build a tube site, don't leave out any steps because I don't have the attention span to figure anything out on my own. I am looking to spend about $100 on all of this, how much do you guys think my site will earn? I am aiming for the low end of $100,000 in the next 6 months. Thanks in advanced!

That's difficult to do. Of course, all you said makes it seem too easy. I think a lot of effort and time needs to be invested to do all the research needed to make a successful site. Good luck.

I have read soooo many threads where some one is asking others to give step by step instructions on how to become successful....but what newbs really need to learn is Self sufficiency.
