Anything out there you guys could recommend? I need something for a project I have been dreaming up.

These days, if you know how to do it, wordpress is a fuckng awesome option for a free blog host.

No I am not looking to use a free service for myself. I am looking to run a free service without custom scripting my own cms/admin.

Actually yes, Wordpress. Used to be called WPMU as in wordpress multi user, now it is called multisite and is built in.
