You're better off doing it yourself. Get a CCBill account set up cascade to Epoch or Zombaio. Some decent hosting and lots of content. Then set yourself up a simple affiliate set up with some banners and tgp pages. It's extremely difficult to get traffic so you will have to post to pic sites and the big tubes (which love exclusive amateur content). You will get sales from tubes, but they want affiliate links. Partnering with someone will pretty much not allow you to set up an effective affiliate program, pie gets smaller. Get yourself some cam and monthly video feeds to beef up your content. Twitter of course and set up a real blog with Wordpress, don't use the free hosted wordpress. And there you go. Let me know when you are ready and I will sign up and push your site.Comment

Thats what I'm looking at doing now. I'm just struggling to work out how to make wordpress work for me so more things are automated. Got billing/membership, layout and tour worked out. I just have to work out the best way to upload sets 60-100 images bit, upload the downloadable vids, have new sets auto create their new page, have the previews from new sets update on main page- I really don't want to do that all manually if I don't have too!

Forget about word press. Do things right the first time. Get yourself content management system like awiz, that will let you schedule updates, convert videos, add picture of the day stuff. Trust me, if you site grows into something, wordpress isn't going to cut it.Thats what I'm looking at doing now. Unfortunately this is not an option. I don't come from a privileged enough background. If I did I'd just drop a few k and have it all done for me! If it ever goes anywhere big I'll transition over.
