Opt-In Mailings? What Software to USE?

Ok, my friend gave me a list of 20,000,000 email adresses from around the next that used to belong to a few opt-in lists. He told me I can do anything I want with them, so Im looking for mailing software which is secure and wont label me as a spammer on the net. I am not trying to spam anyone although I wanna try this email stuff out, since I got all of them for free...
What software would you reccomend? What are the conversions like? How many emails/hour can I send out?

I really dont know what to say, but Im sure I wont just leave these emails on my hard-drive, I wanna put them to use even if they had a hundred mailings each you can still squeeze out a few grand out of 20,000,000 emails..

Ha Ha Ha. There is no such thing as a 20 million email opt-in list. Its a harvested spam list.

How else would you send 210 emails? If you bcc them some email (like hotmail) will put them in the spam box.

I seriously have no idea where my friend got this list from and how but all I know is that there is 20,000,000 adresses and alot of them are AOL, Hotmail, MSN..
Really not sure what the outcome of mailing might be but should bring in something.
