Owning a club around certain areas would be wonderful. I love meeting people a little more high brow (college professor, news weather man, higher up manager) and holding 1-3 hour conversations with them on different things.
Know those people that sell $4-5 hotdogs, some of them do make $100k a year profit. Felony franks was a big thing, had to be a felon to work there.
