That would definitely depend on the project.

Some of the stuff geared towards affiliate promotions isn't all that complex, which makes it affordable for those not able to do it for themselves.

The apps we have done are not html5.

Admitedly all the apps ive done are Android and using Java. Will have some demos up soon trying keep site smut free most my app stuff is adult lol

Adobe also just purchased the company being PhoneGap, which allows for easy distribution across multiple mobile platforms.

Figured I'd throw this out here too for you fletch, is your team going to offer continued support for bug fixes? Droid is a very strange market where many device manufacturers preload with different apps, variations of environments and libraries, thus causing bugs that constantly need updating to keep up with as new devices emerge.

yes, we will have demos shortly including a few types of apps that are not just web based apps.

for example, wallpaper/gallery apps.

Fris, in the case of some of the Android apps they are webapps wrapped up and compiled to run as native apps within Android (or in the future, iOS).

I'm not sure if you have access to an Android device, but check out the QR code in my avatar or download the CCBill app from the link in my sig to check out what I mean.
