I have this blog that was on the first page of google results and a couple of days ago I added a couple of posts, both hand written, one with picture and one with video embed. Yesterday I found the blog on second page. is it possible that I wrote something that google didn't like? What could it be? Should I remove the two posts?

Google just rolled out another algorithm targeting page layout. If your blog is too spammy in the prime content areas (refer to their guidelines) then you may have taken a hit.
