Everytime I have done Google Adwords I have only included it in US results. Are any other countries worth using for a site that requires a credit card only?

the UK , Australia etc might be worth a try.. can't say i've used adwords..

Depends on your target market. Remember that UK surfers might re-act differently to your ad-copy and remember to accomodate all payment methods for your foreign surfers.
