The judge took it under submission. I think it helped that my witness (Animal Control) testified that the guy lied on his report. Technically, that should make everything he said not worth :2 cents:

Or he already made up his mind but did not want to announce it in court. He did not give rulings on the prior cases either. Hard to say.

then they made the mistake of following her home one day, and nipping her in front of our house...anyway, these tourists wanted to sue, and wanted to have our dog put down because she had attacked them and caused damage.
meanwhile my sister has blood on her leg from their dogs..lol
game warden told them he was coming back to dispose of their dogs for attacking a human....they ended their trip early and went home

If your dog was leashed at the time and the other was not, you might have a chance of winning. But I think in this case the judge is going to toss it out as irresponsible dog owners.
