The judge took it under submission. I think it helped that my witness (Animal Control) testified that the guy lied on his report. Technically, that should make everything he said not worth :2 cents:

So then the judge will take some time to review it and let you know what his ruling is?

Or he already made up his mind but did not want to announce it in court. He did not give rulings on the prior cases either. Hard to say.

once some tourists were up north and their two stupid dogs attacked me and my sister all summer...little nips and bites on the way by, so we had to run for it.
then they made the mistake of following her home one day, and nipping her in front of our house...anyway, these tourists wanted to sue, and wanted to have our dog put down because she had attacked them and caused damage.
meanwhile my sister has blood on her leg from their dogs..lol
game warden told them he was coming back to dispose of their dogs for attacking a human....they ended their trip early and went home

damn tourists

Ah, I see. Well, I hope it works out in your favor.

Fixed. :thumbsup

I'm anxious to hear the decision. I hate the ideology of the whole CA system, but I'm hoping this one goes your way.

baddog 01-27-2012 12:37 PM

Defendant found to be 80% at fault. Now, to try and collect.

Small Claims is the one that awarded the judgment.

What money amount was awarded...80% of all monies you had listed or 80% of the vet bills?

pornguy 01-27-2012 02:57 PM

If your dog was leashed at the time and the other was not, you might have a chance of winning. But I think in this case the judge is going to toss it out as irresponsible dog owners.

You have blog for your dog where you write for him in third person?
Serious man?

No, he dictates it to his secretary. The lack of opposable thumbs prevents him from doing it himself.

scottybuzz 02-12-2012 03:10 AM

cool dog - nice that he is a rescue dog.

The only thing I find disturbing is that you can't figure out why one might do that. I suggest you start thinking outside the box if you plan on making marketing your livelihood. :2 cents:

So your point is you're marketing your dog? How many people do you market to - me, myself and I ?
I guess you have way too much time on your hands to write your dog's blog. How about blog about your shoes. Not just about shoes, but from prospective of being one. Like "Today I was walking on the beach, and sand was inside of me. How nasty. I wish' I wasn't stinky adidas shoe, but glamorous gucci high heel".
Thank me later, marketing guru.

Last year Purina was looking for someone to travel around the US with their dog, and documenting their travels. Unfortunately I was on the road when the alert came, so I applied late and they had filled it by the time I responded.

You think Buddy and I qualified?

That would have been much better idea than having "him" telling the story about medical bills and small claims court.

So you don't think there is any point in showing a pattern, that perhaps this was something that we could do with ease?

Oh well, guess I will never be as smart as you.

Wow! What a beautiful morning. The sun is shining and it is actually warm at 9:00 AM. It has been quite a while since I have experienced this. Could this mean that it is going to start being nice around here again? I sure hope so.
Seriously, you have way too much time on your hands. Might as well start blog for my gold fish (and I have three).
