Anybody ever heard of them?
I have been really unhappy with paypal over the past 6 month, besides the fact that they closed one of my accounts without notice, blah blah..
I got this in the email today so I wonder if any of you all every heard of it??

actually it was spam for their affiliate program I received but I went and checked it out

Hmm this is on their site.

It should also be noted that voiding your credit card transaction you used to fund your StormPay account for any reason constitutes credit card fraud as well as violates many other laws, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent allowable."
