We have been getting some complaints about our removal process and some confusion on the matter of removals.
To have your photo removed from our site of any photos we take at shows is free. There is no charge. Someone has started a rumor about this that we don't remove pics of people from shows upon request. This it just not true. Simply use the contact form and it will be taken care of.
The video we take however does cost a small fee to have you blurred out or removed. Due to the actual labor required. Thus far we have only had to remove 4-5 videos to date and we have received no complaints.
Again, there is no fee to have your photos removed from Nalem. This fee pertains only to Video taken at shows and goes directly to the labor cost required.
With that said the videos should be going up soon. It was a pleasure to meet so many of you at Internext.
