I've used both companies. I've found Zak to be professional and capable -- I never a single complaint. YellowFiber is a solid choice.
Brad from Mojohost has set a new standard for professionalism and service. Additionally, Mojohost is growing by leaps and bounds, and has a solid management team through every level of the company. New hires have really rounded out the talent over there.
If I had to choose, I'd pick Mojo, but you won't be shooting yourself in the foot by going to YF.
<---- happy with Mojo's service.
I've said this before and I'll keep saying it until they screw up ( ): Mojo's one of the few hosts where you don't have to dumb things down when you ask support to do something.
I have used Mojo's services for myself and worked with them through client's for years. Never once have I ever thought that they were anything but spectacular.
All I can say for Yellowfiber is, I've hung out with spudstr and hes a cool dude. I cant remember ever seeing a bad thread or comment about them (until Rochard's comment) here on GFY.
