Playboy/AdultCashPrograms WM referral question

I was making small but fairly regular referral commissions from my referrals to the AdultCashPrograms (RealityCash/Playboy) program but they suddenly stopped - right around the time Manwin took the helm of the PB online side. The other day I saw that I made $100.

While the program info says that commissions are 5%, now in the link codes I see "5 % Webmaster Referral ($100.00 Flat after referring reseller makes a minimum of $75.00 income)". So, is it 5% recurring or is it $100/flat? Does the 'program' being promoted play any role at all in the payout structure (such as promoting the RealityCash sites versus the Adult sites versus the Playboy sites)?

I sent them an email about this last Wednesday, but still haven't gotten a response, hence posing the question here.

Indeed the programs pay $100 flat when the referred webmaster makes $75 in sales.
