There's also the option of looking for when the show is repeated and DVR'ing it. A few networks repeat their first run shows later in the week.

Ok I have Netflix, I'm in Canada, what are my options? What if two shows are going on at once and I can't watch either, I have to choose one to record? I'm just saying if there was a way to pay for it I would but I have to download since it is the only way I can see some shows.
