More then the layout which is obviously an mfc clone, the important thing it is the biz model: a lot girls are naked and/or playing dildo for free (for tips, so 1% people tip and 99% watch free).
This biz model it worked for mfc, but it is not so automatically applicable to old style sites, for example mfc pay 50% to the girls while naked (and most others) give less then 50%, so the models will prefer being tipped in mfc and so stay in mfc not elsewhere, for free shows. But then should pay affiliates less (or differently) too.
Also, mix free shows with private of who not want to show naked for free can self-cannibalize some own biz and make upset clothed models seeing others doing free sex.

I believe in mfc style but rather than mfc-ize our old-style cam site chatgf.com , we decided to not touch the old site and start the new tubecamgirl.com one - so to keep separated the two biz models and styles (and models in most cases). It is like a same company sells two brands for two targets.
Just unsure what's the best affiliate solution for a free cam site, currently I think the best it is pay for free users, as chaturbate , but a little differently - based on how much a free users it is regular even if not paying, we may launch the affiliate later this month.

What I would say for sure, it is that to launch an old style cam site today, would be a 99% fail - it make sense to big old style sites to keep there and old way (as livejasmin does), rather than mfc-ize, as would be self cannibalization to death. All the new cam sites I seen launched in last 3 years except chaturbate it failed as they was old style i.e. a clone of livejasmin. A few old stiyle cam sites closed too (private camz / camworld it redirects to wbcamclub now, for ex.). 2012 it will be an interesting year for cams. Will anyone beat mfc in the mfc own free cam biz?
